1. Free Home Delivery
We provide our customers with free home delivery for all purchased products. Our
company fully covers all shipping and labor charges, ensuring a stress-free
delivery experience for you.
2. Pre-Planting Home Quarantine
After delivery and prior to final planting, our company provides a professional
home quarantine service for the plants to ensure their health and safety.
3. Layout & Plantation Support
Comprehensive layout and plantation support is provided directly by our dedicated
Agriculture Service Team and Sales Team.
4. Supervision & Guidelines
Great Organic Diamond Pvt. Ltd. provides expert guidelines through our
Agricultural Officers. We offer specialized care and irrigation advice to maximize
the growth of your crops, including:
 Teak
 Mahogany
 Lemon
 Guava
 Mango
 Moringa plants
Our team of agricultural experts will also conduct periodic visits to your gardens to
offer ongoing guidance and recommendations.
5. Replacement Policy
We offer a one-time replacement policy for damaged plants. If your plants are
damaged due to unforeseen circumstances, our Agricultural Officers will survey
the field, verify the count, and replace the damaged or dried plants with new ones.
6. Telephonic Support
Our telephonic assistant support is available to assist you six days a week.
 Days: Monday to Saturday
 Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
 Sundays: Closed
